2. POOR RESOLUTION

Cause: Overloading the column, Inappropriate Mobile Phase Column degradation ,or incorrect flow rates

Solution: Reduce sample concentration, Optimize mobile phase composition, Check column condition and adjust flow rate's

3. PEAK TAILING

Cause: Inadequate sample preparation, column overloading, or issues with the stationary phase.

Solution: Use proper sample filtration, reduce sample concentration, or replace the column if necessary

4. NO OR WEAK SIGNAL

Cause: Detector malfunction, poor sample injection, or incorrect wavelength setting.

Solution: Check detector settings, verify the flow rate, ensure sample injection is proper, and calibrate the detector.

5. PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS

Cause: Blocked or partially blocked column, clogged filters, or leaks in the system.

Solution: Inspect the column for blockages, replace filters, and check for leaks in the system.

6. PEAK BROADENING

Cause: Poor column packing, low flow rates, or high injection volumes.

Solution: Ensure correct column packing, optimize flow rates, and reduce injection volume

7. CONTAMINATION OR GHOST PEAKS

Cause: Contaminated solvents, sample carryover, or improper cleaning of the system.
